1 cup semi- sweet chocolate chips, 6 ounces. You can also use bittersweet
14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Melt the chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk, butter and water in medium sized heavy saucepan over medium heat. Beat smooth with the wire whisk
if necessary. Stir in vanilla.
