1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1- 6oz package crumbled feta cheese
4 scallions, chopped
2/3 cup T' Lish Sweet Garlic Vinaigrette (or less)
Fresh Lime
Optional:
cherry tomatoes
avocado

Directions:
Directions:
Chop scallions. Combine scallions with black beans, corn and crumbled feta. Pour T' Lish Vinaigrette over other ingredients and toss. Serve with tortilla chips or fritos.

I like to add some lime juice and cherry tomatoes and avocado to the original recipe
