1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. carrots, shredded
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Frosting:

3 c. powdered sugar
2 T. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease and lightly flour 9x13 pan. In large bowl, blend all cake ingredients together, except nuts, at low speed until moistened.

Beat 3 minutes at high speed. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until done. Cool. Beat frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost cake.
