1 stick of extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick of medium cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

pimento stuffed olives sliced
package of Saltines
Directions:
Directions:
Cut cheese into cubes or grate. In a saucepan or double boiler melt cheeses and butter . Mix eggs with milk and add to cheese stir until it thickens.

Slice olives into discs and put aside. Line a dish with saltines pour cheese sauce over crackers and top with olives.
