1 can salmon

1 egg
Some diced onion
1/2 package saltine crackers or potato chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the juice from the salmon. In a small pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and flour with the salmon juice. This makes a white sauce. Cook until slightly thick. Add to salmon, eggs, crackers (or chips). Pour into baking dish. Bake in 325 to 350 degree ovent for 45 minutes to an hour.
