1 package frozen spinach
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sour cream
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook spinach with garlic. When cooked drain well.
2. In the mean time melt butter and saute onion.
3. Once spinach is done and drained add the butter and onion mixture.
4. Then add sour cream to mixture.
5. Heat through then add vinegar and serve.

This is a Root family favorite. I believe Mother got the recipe from one of her favorite cookbooks called "I Hate to Cook Book" by Peg Bracken.
