3 1/2 c. All purpose flour
1 1/3 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
13 to 14 tsp. ice water

mix flour and salt add Crisco I use my hands until it looks like wet sand.

add ice water to mixture and just turn over the flour slightly do not mix.

drop on plastic wrap (mixture will not be incorporated) wrap up into a disc and refrigerate for at lease 1 hour. I usually make this a day ahead.
