1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans Campbell's tomato soup
2 cans Stewed tomatoes (not Italian flavor)

optional (sliced mushrooms, fresh)

1 1/2 cup uncooked macaroni

Directions:

In a 3 quart saucepan fill with water and (salt enough to make the water taste like the ocean) boil add macaroni and cook for 12 minutes.

In a large frypan add butter onion and peppers (mushrooms are an option)
cook until tender. Add hamburg and brown.

Open cans of tomato soup and drop into the fry pan. Brown the soup in the hamburg (do not add the stewed tomatoes until the soup looks like ketchup).

Add the macaroni and the stewed tomatoes and cook covered for 10 to 15 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes and serve.
