1 1/2 cups of pork, veal, chicken or turkey
1 c. of chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 chopped green pepper
1 can of mushrooms (drained)
1 can of chicken with rice soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans of water
1 c. of raw rice
1/2 c. of soy sauce
1/2 - 1 c. of cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil. Add all ingredients except rice, soup, and water. Cook 30-40 minutes until vegetables are thoroughly done. Add soup and water and bring to a boil. Add rice. Put in a large casserole dish. Bake at 350º for one hour and 15 minutes. Stir once or twice during baking. Before serving add cashew nuts.
