1 C. white roux
3 C. whole milk
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lb, cooked and crumbled sausage
4 pre-made biscuits
Optional:
4 scrambled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 1 C. of a white roux.
with heat on medium-low, slowly whisk in 3 C. milk.
Continue to heat and stir with whisk until sauce is smooth
Stir in black pepper.
Stir in cooked, crumbled sausage.
Pour over warm biscuits.
Optional:
Top off each serving with a scrambled egg.
