1 - 16 oz package Spaghetti
1 lb Ground Beef
1 med. Onion - chopped
1 Garlic Clove - minced
1 jar Meatless Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
2 large Eggs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
5 tbsp melted Butter
2 cups (16 oz) 4% Cottage Cheese
4 cups partly skimmed shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Meanwhile -
in a large skillet, cook beef, onion & garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce & seasoned salt to meat mixture. Set aside.
In a large bowl, wisk eggs, parmesan cheese and butter.
Drain spaghetti & add to egg mixture & toss to coat.
Place 1/2 of the spaghetti mixture in a greased 3 qt. baking dish.
Top with 1/2 of the cottage cheese, meat sauce & mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
Cover & bake for 40 mins then uncover & bake 20 - 25 mins longer until cheese is melted.
