6 Pork Chops
Salt & Pepper - to taste
Garlic Clove - minced
1/2 cup Flour
1 large Onion - sliced in 1/4" rings
2 cubes Chicken Boullion
2 cups boiling Water
2 tbsp Flour
1 cup Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork chops with salt & pepper then dredge in 1/2 cup flour.
Heat in skillet over medium heat until lightly browned - in a small amount of oil.
Place chops in slow cooker and top with onion slices.
Dissolve bouillion cube in boiling water (add garlic) & pour over chops.
Cover & cook on low 4 - 5 hours - check occasionally.
Remove chops from broth mix - chops will be tender so watch they dont fall apart.
In a small bowl mix flour with sour cream then mix into the juices.
Turn cooker on high for 15 to 20 mins - or until slightly thickened.
Add some shredded cheese if desired.

Note: can put chops in oven at 200º to keep warm & serve with the sauce over the chops OR put chops back into crock pot after sauce has thickened,allow to heat and serve mixed.

These are the most tender pork chops and the sauce is very tasty. Great served over noodles.
