1 lb of sausage meat or 1 1/2 lb of pork with a tbsp of fennel
1 lg onion
1/2 c of celery
1 stick of butter
1 package of egg rolls/buns or sunbeam hamburger buns
1/4 c of fresh flat leaf parsley
1 c of milk
2 tbsp of belles seasoning

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Soak buns in the milk. Buns should be completely covered, use more milk if needed. in a large frying pan saute onions, celery, and parsley in butter until onions are soft. Add in the sausage and cook until brown. Mix the milk soaked buns in with the sauage mixture. Season the stuffing with salt, pepper, and belle's seasoning, mix well. Place in 9x13 pan coated with butter and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
