2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. marshinno cherries, diced
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Walnuts or Pecans, chopped finely enough to cover cheese ball
Directions:
Directions:
Soften cheese at room temperature. Add sugar, cherries and vanilla - mix well. Refrigerate until mixture firms up. Place on wax paper with hand and form into ball. Roll in chopped nuts until thoroughly covered. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
