1 1\2 lbs flank Steak trimmed
1 package fajita seasoning mix
1 (16oz) jar chunky salsa
2 bell peppers, any color, sliced into 1\2 inch strips
1 red onion thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Rub flank steak all over with fajita seasoning. Place in cooker and top with salsa, pepper and onion. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hrs or on high for 4-5 hrs or until steak can be shredded with a fork. Shred into bite size pieces. Transfer meat and vegetables to a serving bowl using a slotted spoon. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with flour tortillas or over yellow rice.
