1 1/2 lb potatoes, thinly sliced (about 3 large)
1/2 lb (8 oz) Velveeta cheese, cubed into 1/2" cubes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain.
Toss potatoes with remaining ingredients in 2-qt casserole, cover with lid.
Bake 22-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir gently before serving.
