2 cups of chicken cut in small pieces ( 1 small rotisserie chicken )
10 ounce package of yellow rice cooked
3/4 cup green pepper chopped/ or red bell pepper
2 green onions
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can black olives, drained
Dressing:
2 T tarragon vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt (no more)
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp tabasco
1/4 tsp Accent

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients except for the dressing

Combine dressing in a jar- shake well
Pour dressing over other ingredients (I don't always use all of the dressing-
I save and add more is needed the next day)

This is best if served room temperature
