Cake:
2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1 C. butter
1/4 C. cocoa
1 C. water
1/3 C. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:
3 T. cocoa
5 T. buttermilk
1/2 C. margarine
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. pecans or walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine flour and sugar. Boil the butter, cocoa and water. Pour hot mixture over flower and sugar. Mix until blended and rest of ingredients. Beat until combined, mixture will be bubbly. Pour into prepared jelly roll pan. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until done. Frost while still hot frosting.

Frosting:
Bring to a boil cocoa, buttermilk and margarine. Add rest of ingredients and mix with a mixer until smooth. Frost cake while warm.
