25 Cups of Tomatoes-Diced
5 Banana Peppers or 5 Cans of green chillis-diced
5 Green Peppers-Chopped
5- 6oz cans of tomato paste
1 1/4 Cups Vinegar
5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
5 tsp of Salt
2.5 tsp of Garlic Salt
5 tsp Sugar
5 Chopped Jalapeno
1 Bunch of Cilantro
4 Large Onions- Diced

Directions:

Simmer all ingredients for 30-40 minutes or until thick.

Place in hot sterilized Jars and cover. Place in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
