3 c. scalded milk
1 1/2c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 egg yolks or 3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven 350º

Cook in a sauce pan 3/4 c. sugar until golden in color.
Add to scalded milk stirring carefully until melted.

In a separate bowl slightly beat eggs, remaining sugar and salt.

Combine and place in a casserole dish and bake until knife comes out clean in center. 1 hour
