1 lb. haddock (skinned)

cream sauce:
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. cheddar cheese (grated)

1 sleeve of Ritz crackers (crushed)
1/2 c. butter (melted)
optional
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º

Cream Sauce: Melt butter and flour together and cook for about 3 minutes stirring the mixture. Add milk and cheese cook until thickened.

Topping: Melt butter and stir in cracker crumbs

Butter baking dish, add fish and cream sauce and top with cracker crumbs.

Cook for 25 minutes or until fish is opaque.
