8 potatoes sliced thin
1-2 onions sliced thin
16oz shredded cheddar cheese
olive oil
white sauterne wine
toni's seasoning
Directions:
Directions:
coat casserole dish with olive oil
Layer potatoes, then onions, sprinkle on Toni's, add a layer of cheese. Continue layers until dish is full, top with cheese. Pour in wine until dish is 1/2 full.

Bake at 350º until bubbly and vegetables are soft
