4 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon honey
4 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
8 thin apple slices
2 teaspoons light margarine

Serves 2

1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and honey. Evenly spread cream cheese mixture on all bread slices. Top two slices of bread each with 4 slices of apple. Cover with remaining bread slices, cream cheese-side down.

2. In a nonstick skillet, melt margarine over medium heat; add sandwiches. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Ours came out delicious! The substitutions for the first time we made this recipe were:

- We did not have cinnamon raisin bread, so we used a low calorie wheat bread
- We used a fat free Pam-like spray instead of margarine
- We have a greek yogurt cream cheese that we like to use
- We added cinnamon and fresh blueberries to the cream cheese mix because we did not have the correct bread
