Directions:
Brown meat with onion and minced garlic, set aside.
Cook noodles according to package instructions (a little salt, but NO oil)
Prepare ricotta mixture while noodles are cooking: beat egg and stir together with ricotta cheese, basil, oregano and fennel seed, (refrigerate until ready to spread)
Drain and rinse noodles under warm water and lay out flat to prevent from sticking.
Grease 9X12" pan; cover bottom with a little even layer of sauce.
Lay 3 noodles, spread all the ricotta mixture, 1/2 of meat, 1/2 of mozzarella, all 6 slices of Swiss, cover with sauce.

Lay last 3 noodles and cover with sauce, mozzarella, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and refrigerate until ready to bake (This improves the flavor).
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes with foil, then bake uncovered for an additional 15 min.
