4-6 Beef Steaks (any cut)
Barbeque Sauce or other seasoning sauce, such as, A-1, Dales, etc.
Seasoning salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Place steaks in a baking dish
Season with seasoning salt (a mixture of salt and pepper)
Brush with barbeque sauce
Bake for 10 minutes. Turn and brush barbeque sauce on the other side.
Test for your desired doneness by slicing a small piece of steak from center of a steak.
