3 egg whites
1c sugar
1c chopped pecans
1t making powder
2c ritz crackers crushed
1t vanilla
1c whipping cream
1 pkg cocoa mix

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar and vanilla fold into egg whites crackers, pecans, and baking powder. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.

Beat cream and cocoa mix and put on top of cooled pie
