4 cups penne pasta, cooked, drained
1 lb italian sausage, cut into 1/2" thick slices
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen italian-style vegetable combination
1/2 lb (8 oz) Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
1 jar (14 oz) spaghetti sauce
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º
Combine all ingredients except Parmesan in 13x9" baking dish; cover with foil.
Bake 40 minutes or until sausage is done and casserole is heated through; stir.
Top with Parmesan.
