1 cake mix (white or yellow lemon)
1 can coconut milk 13oz
1 can sweeten condensed milk 14-16oz (1 per cake mix)
1 12 oz Extra creamy whip cream or cool whip
1/2 a bag 14oz sweetened flaked or shredded coconut (toasted)

Bake cake as per box directions

In a pan mix and warm the coconut milk and condensed milk (do not boil)
When cake is done poke holes on the top of the cake with a fork (I use chop sticks or skewers)
Pour warm milk mixture on top of the cake with holes
Cover with plastic and refrigerate
Before serving cover the cake with cool whip and freshly toasted coconut flakes

To toast coconut spread flake on a cookie sheet and bake until golden brown. Cool flakes before sprinkling on the cake
