1/3 box (8-9 full crackers) graham crackers
3/4c plus 3T sugar (divided)
8oz cream cheese (softened)
2t vanilla (divided)
5-6 T melted butter
16oz sour cream
2 eggs slightly beaten
cinnamon

Directions:
Crust:
crush graham crackers add 1/4c sugar and mix with melted butter. Place in the bottom of a large or deep dish pie plate.

Filling:
Cream together cream cheese and 1/2c sugar. Add 1/2c sour cream, eggs and 1t vanilla. Stir until well blended. Pour over graham cracker crust and bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool at least 5 minutes.

Topping:
Mix together rest of sour cream (1 1/2c) with 3T sugar and 1t vanilla. Spread this over filling that as cooled at least 5 minutes. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake another 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool slightly then place in refrigerator and serve when well chilled.
