1/2 c heavy cream
1/2 c sour cream or crème fraîche
2/3 c prepared horseradish
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place heavy cream in a medium bowl and whisk until the cream starts to hold a line when you drag the whisk through it. Gently fold in remaining ingredients. Keep cool in refrigerator until ready to serve. Will keep for one day in refrigerator, so feel free to make a day ahead of serving. Delicious with Beef Tenderloin!
