1 pkg. lemon jello
Juice from 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. water
1/2 c.chopped celery
2/3 c.chopped nuts
1 c. cream
12 oz. softened cream cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1 can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water and juice, pour over Jello, set aside to cool.

Blend cream cheese and cream, then add the rest of ingredients.
add the rest of the ingredients.

Finally, add this mixture to Jello mixture, just when it begins to gel.

Chill until firm, then cut into squares. Looks pretty served on a lettuce leaf.

Mother gave me this recipe, one of her favorites. Extremely popular back in the 50's.....still great today.
