1 package of skinless, boneless chicken thighs (about 6)
4 to 6 oz of sliced Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
1 stick butter
1 box of Stove Top stuffing
1/3 cup of raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 7 X 11 (9X9) pan and put chicken on the bottom. Place Swiss cheese on top of the chicken. Mix soup, milk, thyme and pepper and spread over the cheese. Melt butter and mix with stuffing and add raisins. Spread on top of casserole. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 20 minutes.

I sometimes pre cook the chicken thighs, so that the cooking time can be less. You can easily increase the amounts and use a 9 X 13 dish.
