8 oz grated cheddar cheese
8 oz grated Monterey Jack
or substitute 16 oz Mexican Shredded cheese
8 oz Old El Paso Salsa
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheeses and put half in bottom of baking dish. (a pie pan works well) Beat eggs and salsa and pour over cheese. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve with chips.
