Ingredients:
2 raw turkey breast - cut into 1-2 inch "squares"
1 medium onion - diced
1 medium green pepper - diced
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put turkey, onions, green pepper and BBQ sauce into a crock pot and cook for several hours. Done. Serve on rolls or mini-rolls for a party. Yum.

If you have more time, I find that browning any meat in a little EVOO before cooking makes everything taste that much better. I also like to deglaze pan with white wine. Add a little water to the pan as use as cooking liquid in the crock pot. I do this for my chicken taco meet too. But if you cannot do this the recipe tastes great anyway.

Personal Notes:
I first had this recipe at a wedding shower I attended. It was made by a work friend and a truly lovely person named Donna. She passed away very young but I think about her each time I make this.
