1 C. heavy cream
1/4 C. butter
3/4 C. parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic or garlic powder

Directions:
In saucepan on med-low heat, combine cream and butter until butter is melted, Slowly whisk in Parmesan allowing to melt before each addition. Remove from heat. Makes enough for about 1 lb. of pasta.
