Ground beef
1/4 c. Mexican stewed tomatoes
cilantro flakes
parsley
garlic
cumin
chili powder
red pepper seed
hard Jack cheese
red taco sauce
shredded lettuce
corn tortillas
Directions:
Directions:
Fry ground beef and drain. Add the tomatoes, cilantro, parsley, garlic, cumin, chili powder, & red pepper seed. Saute'. When done, add the grated cheese, taco sauce and shredded lettuce.

Roll a few tbsp. into a fried tortilla. Continue rolling filling into tortillas until all is gone. Serve.
