Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Chicken tenders or chicken breast sliced into tenders
2 green bell peppers (I do one pepper per person)
1 can diced tomatoes (for every 2 bell peppers use 1 can)
1 white onion (I only use about 3/4 of it, but if you make a lot maybe use a larger onion or 2 small ones)
4-5 garlic cloves
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Red chili pepper flakes
Parmesan cheese
Spicy seasoning (I use "slap ya mamma")
Pasta (I use linguine or fettuccini)

Directions:
Directions:
Preparation (always do veggies first then raw meats):
1. Set a pot of water to boil for the pasta. Salt the water with 2 teaspoons!
2. While waiting for water, cut up bell peppers and onions into large chunks. Set aside in separate bowls.
3. Peel garlic (or you can use jar mince garlic, but I prefer fresh and use a garlic squisher, or you can dice yourself) and set aside
4. Rinse chicken and Trim any unwanted pieces off. Lay onto plate or cutting board. Season (I just do a sprinkling) of salt, pepper, and slap ya mamma on both sides. Use more or less as you prefer!
5. Add pasta to water and DONT FORGET ITS COOKING while you do everything else!!!!
For veggies:
1. Over medium heat, In a large pan with higher edges (not a skillet) add about 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil (I just eyeball it). Once it's warm, add in ONLY bell pepper (you want to cook what takes the longest first so bell pepper, then onion, and last garlic). You want all the bell pepper to have a light coating of olive oil so they can sauté
2. Once bell pepper is beginning to soften but is still kinda crunchy, add onions. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper
3. Once onions are beginning to turn translucent, add the minced garlic and sauté until bell peppers are tender and garlic is cooked (but not brown! Pay attention here carefully Bc garlic burns quickly!!!!)
4. Turn heat down to between low and medium, and Add in can of diced tomatoes. Add another sprinkle of salt and pepper! Add in chili pepper flakes to taste. Make sure to stir well so everything is mixed. Put lid on and turn heat down to low while you do the chicken
For chicken:
1. Use a skillet over medium to high heat. So slightly more than medium heat. Add enough olive oil to coat bottom of pan. Once oil is hot, add in chicken
2. Cook chicken until each side is golden brown. Cut one in half to make sure it's not raw
3. Place on plate with napkins to absorb oil and set aside
Serving
1. Don't forget to watch your pasta while you do everything!!!!! When it's done, pour out water and sprinkle in olive oil so it doesn't clump up
2. Taste a bell pepper, if they're soft and delicious, add covering of Parmesan cheese (maybe 1/4-1/2 cup, whatever you like) and let cheese get kinda melty
3. Serve and enjoy!:)
