1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
4 Cans Chicken Broth
16 oz Velveeta Cheese
16 oz Frozen Broccoli
2 Cups Milk
1/2 T Garlic Powder
1/2 C Corn Starch

Directions:
Directions:
In Soup Pot, melt 1/2 Cup butter and add diced onion on medium heat till onion tender. Add broccoli and 3 cans Chicken broth. Simmer 10 min till broccoli tender. Add cubed velveeta cheese.
After cheese melts, add 2 Cups milk and 1/2 T garlic powder.
Pour half of the remaining chicken broth from the 4th can into the soup.
Keep soup on medium temperature.
Mix 1/2 C Corn starch with the remaining chicken broth in can.
Add the corn starch mixture to the soup and stir frequently till thick. Be careful not to scorch.
