Aunt Lillian's recipe:
This one is a little more vague........
Aunt Teen Braun taught me but she doesn't use measuring devices.
She took a few eggs, about 4 & whip them up.
Then slowly sift in some flour until the mixture is about the consistency of pancake mix, but just a little thicker.
Add a little milk (probably about 1 T).
You can add sugar if you want it a little sweet.
Heat up about 3 T of that bacon grease you've been saving & pour the mixture into it.
As soon as the mixture begins to get a little solid, begin flipping.
As it gets more solid, start cutting with a knife and fork into small pieces.
Good Luck!
