2 lbs. chicken wings
1 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoon oregano
2 teaspoons thyme
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the spices together in a bowl. Toss the wings in the spice mixture until evenly coated.

Smoke the wings, using wood of choice, in a smoker at 250º F for 2 1/2 hours.

To crisp up the skin of the wings, place the wings on a hot grill for a few minutes per side or place under the broiler.
