1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water + 1 T.
2 T. sugar
2 T. corn oil
1 tsp. salt (full)
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. milk (about)
2 c. unsifted white flour
2 c. whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve dry yeast with water.
2. Add sugar, oil, salt, wheat germ and milk.
3. Then add both flours to make a very sticky dough.
4. Grease two 1 lb. coffee cans.
5. Put half the dough in each can.
6. Let rise to the top.
7. Bake at 350º F for 45 minutes.
8. Let stand upright for 5 to 10 minutes.
9. Slide out of each can to a rack.
