Ingredients: 1 can cherry pie filling 4- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 pt. sour cream 3 T. flour 1 T. vanilla extract 1 t. lemon extract 1 c. heavy cream 4 eggs Pam I Box Graham Cracker Crust Spring Form Cake Pan Kitchen Aid

Directions:1. Must make this cheese cake 2 days before serving. This allows it to firm up in refrigerator. 2. Take out the cream cheese and eggs the night before making cheese cake. 3. Lightly spray with Pam and flour spring form pan 4. Make Graham Cracker Crust according to box directions 5. On low speed,, slowly mix ingredients in order on ingredients list 6. Slowly add eggs one at a time 7. Pour batter into Graham Cracker Crust pan 8. Fill a roasting pan with water 1/2 way up and place on lower rack of oven 9. Cook at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes and turn off heat and cook cheese cake another 1 hour 10 minutes (leave oven door slightly open) 10. Place cheese cake on wire rack and let cool 4 hours before storing in refrigerator. 11. Cover with aluminum foil and store for 2 days in refrigerator 12. Decorate with Cherry Topping when serving

Notes: This seems like a very long recipe to follow, but it is so easy to make. Anna combined many cheese cake recipes to get this delicious cheese cake. It sometimes crack in the middle of the cheese cake. Just add the cherry topping and no one will notice.
