2 Avocados / Aguacates
¼ Finely chopped onion / Cebolla cortada finamente
3 Hard boiled eggs chopped fine / Huevos cosidos picados finamente
salt and pepper to taste/ Sal y pimienta al gusto
lime juice to taste or optional /Jugo de limon o opcional
Mayo to taste /Mayonesa la necesaria

Mezcla bien los aguacates con un tenedor despues agrega cebolla y huevo cosidos, mayonesa y terminando con sal pimienta y limon. Revuelve bien prueba y acompaña con chips, en sandwich o con carne/pollo asado !! Provecho

Mix avocados well with fork then add onions, hard boiled chopped eggs and mayo. Finish off with salt/pepper and lime juice.Mix well taste. Serve with chips,sandwich or as a side for grilled beef/fish/chicken ! Enjoy!!!
