1 pint canned salmon or 1 1/4 C cooked salmon
3 eggs
1 C sour cream
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 C mayonnaise
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Flake salmon and mix well with all other ingredients using a fork. Bake at 400º for 45 minutes, or until set and slightly brown. Yum!

I got this recipe from my neighbor Chelly. The family likes it so much I have to make two at a time!! It is a great way to use my canned salmon.
