4 - 8" soft flour tortillas
2 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken
1/2 jar medium hot salsa
1 4 oz can green chilies
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 can retried beans or squashed kidney beans
Shredded TexMex cheese
Other 1/2 jar of salsa mix with 1 cup tomato sauce

Overn @ 350 casserole dish 12" x 7.5 " x 2 " greased
Mix diced turkey, salsa, green chilies, onions
Divide turkey mixture into roughly 4 parts in the bowl and set aside
place first portion into a tortilla, pat to form a log and sprinkle 3/4 cup of shredded cheese over top
Then roll up 1st wrap and place in dish then roll up the rest of the wraps and place Alongside
Pour rest of salsa mix with sauce over the wraps
Then add good portion of shredded cheese over all and bake for 30 mins
Take out of oven to cool and sprinkle 1 cup cheese on top and finally top with sliced black olives. When this has cooled and cheese has melted, slice into portions either a whole wrap or a half
Let sit until lcheese melts a little more then serve with dollop of sour cream

Your jar of salsa denotes the spiceness of this dish. You may add more hot sauce to taste
This is a very good way to use left over turkey as there is no resemblance at all between this product and the original
