4 pieces round steak, trimmed and sliced
1 large onion, chopped
4 carrots, sliced
4 medium potatoes, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup water
1 canned diced tomatoes
salt and pepper
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper, dredge in flour and brown in a small amount of olive oil. Add remaining ingredients, pouring tomatoes over the top. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until tender.
