Festive Turkey Meatballs
Yield: 3 1/2 dozen
Mix 1 large egg, 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. curry powder, 1/4 tsp. each-ground ginger, ground cinnamon, salt and pepper with 1 lb. ground turkey.

Ham Balls
Yield: 6 dozen
Mix 1 lb. cooked ham (ground) and 1 lb. pork (ground) with 1 c. milk, 1 c. crushed cornflakes, 1 large egg, 1/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1 T. ground mustard and 1/2 tsp. salt.

Festive Turkey Meatballs
Shape into 1-in. balls. Bake, uncovered, at 350º on a greased rack in a 15x10-in. baking pan until juices run clear (about 20-25 minutes). Meanwhile, heat 1 c. honey, 1/4 c. Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp. curry powder and 1/2 tsp. ground ginger in a saucepan over medium heat. Brush meatballs with 1/4 c. sauce; return to oven for 10 minutes. Serve meatballs with remaining sauce for dipping.

Ham Balls
Shape into 1-in. balls. Place on a greased rack in a 15x10-in. baking pan. Heat 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1/4 c. vinegar and 1 T. ground mustard over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Spoon glaze over the ham balls and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Gently stir and rotate pans. Bake additional 15 minutes or until ham balls are just beginning to brown. Serve warm.
