1/2 c. Butter
1 c. White sugar
1/2 c. Brown sugar
2 Eggs
1.5 c. Flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking soda in
1/2 c. Buttermilk
1 c. Mashed bananas (3?)
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
1. In a bowl, cream butter and sugars together.
2. Add eggs, flour and salt;mix.
3. Add buttermilk mixture and beat well.
4. Mix in banana and nuts.
5. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
6. Bake for 1 hour or until done.
*Can freeze & Can do ahead
