1 1/2 T cinnamon
1 t baking soda
3/4 t baking powder
1 t salt
3 C flour
2 C sugar
1 C raisins
3 eggs
1 C oil
2 C applesauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
Mix raisins with dry to coat and separate
Beat eggs, add oil and applesauce
Fold wet into dry being careful not to over mix
Pour into 2 loaf pans and bake approx 1 hour

When I make applesauce in the fall, I make some extra unseasoned to use in bread. A 1 pint jar makes 1 batch and a quart jar makes a double batch. Jar sauce from the store works fine but, you don't get those tasty little bits of apple that makes it so good!
