1 C. Butter
1 1/2 C. Sugar
3 Eggs
1/2 C. Orange Juice
6 C. Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. Milk
Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Sift together the flour, baking soda and baking powder, set aside.

Beat together the 1 beaten egg and milk. Set aside.

Cream the butter and gradually add the sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time and alternately with the orange juice. Add dry mixture a little at a time. The dough should be soft.

Shape as desired, but traditional Greek Cookies are a twist of two pieces.

Once shaped, brush the cookies with the egg and milk mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes.
